Cancellation policy

Because of our small size, our policy is strict because a last-minute cancellation leaves us little time to rebook the room. Each cancellation will automatically incur an administration fee of $25 + taxes on the credit card used as a guarantee. A cancellation made less than 48 hours before the arrival date will result in a fee equivalent to one night's stay (taxes included). Payment of the stay is made 48 hours before arrival.
